Independent Study and General School Information – 2022-2023
Independent Study
Beardsley School District will not be starting the 2022-2023 school year with an Independent Study option. All students previously enrolled in Independent Study have been reassigned to their campus. If you are a parent or guardian who seeks independent study, you will need to communicate with your child’s school principal to initiate the process.
General School Information
This year, we are returning to our previous daily schedules. Students in Transitional Kindergarten through 3rd grade will attend from 8:03 a.m. until 2:05 p.m.
Students in grades 4 through 8 will attend from 8:03 a.m. until 2:30 p.m.
On Thursdays, students will be on an Early Out schedule. Students in TK-3rd will be dismissed at 1:00 p.m., and 4th -8th grade students will be dismissed at 1:30 p.m.
We are excited to announce that our After School enrichment program has been expanded to include all campuses and all grade levels. Information regarding enrollment will be coming home with students.
This year breakfast will be served in the cafeteria, not in the classroom. Our cafeterias will be open at 7:15 in the morning. Playgrounds will not open until 7:40 a.m. Any student arriving before 7:40 will need to go to the cafeteria.
North Beardsley, Beardsley Elementary and San Lauren will hold meet the teacher on Tuesday August 16th from 11:00-12:00. Class lists will be available at that time. Beardsley Junior High Homeroom assignments will be posted outside school office on Tuesday August 16th after 4:30 p.m.
