Beardsley Elementary School

It's that time of year again for our annual state testing. 6th grade will be testing April 15-19th and 3-5th grade will be testing April 22-26th. It is very important for your student to be on time and ready for testing. Here are a few tips to help your child be successful :
1. Get a good nights sleep
2. Eat a good breakfast at home or be at school early enough to enjoy breakfast
3. Read all the questions and answers before making your choice
4. Take your time and try your best

Thursday, January 25th at 2:00 Beardsley Elementary will be hosting an informational parent meeting about Camp KEEP. If you are interested in having your student attend Camp KEEP please fill out the informational linked Google Form. Click headline for Google form link.

Beardsley Elemetary will hold Santa's Secret Shop from December 11-15th.
THis is an oppertunity for students do do some holiday shopping for their families and friends. Students will be able to shop on their class day and time. Make ups will be available. This is a cash only sale.

Please join us for our second Family Literacy Lunch of the year. On Friday, December 1st join your student during their lunch time for a picnic style lunch visit. There will be a mobile library available for you to check out a book and enjoy reading with your students. Students will get their lunch from the cafeteria and meet their parents on the playground. Parent will be required to sign in and get a badge. You will be able to sign in before arrival with a QR code and your badge will be available at a table out front when you arrive. October 23-27 is Red Ribbon Week! We will have dress up days all week.
Monday October 23rd

Join us for a 10 week session (once a week) learning how to help your students with literacy and reading. Classes offered in English and Spanish and multiple times of the day. Classes begin October 3rd and will take place on the Beardsley Elementary Campus. We would love for you to join us. Please use the link to reserve you spot!

Wednesday, October 4th is our first dress up day! Join us in dressing up in your wackiest outfit! It will be a lot of fun and students who dress up will receive a paw power pass!

Join us for Family Math Night! Please join us from 5:00-6:00 pm on Thursday, October 26th. We will have a number of fun math games and activities for all ages. Bring the family and join us for the fun. See you there!
